This gym is all about empowerment & progress, everyone at their own pace & I truly love being a member. The ladies who I call my "6am crew" are so supportive and push me to keep going whenever I feel like I can't keep up or they see me feeling defeated.
Confidence is something that I haven't had in a very long time and Lift has helped me redefine myself with confidence at the very center of it all. My trainers encouragement, flexibility, and knowledge has helped me achieve things I never thought I would or could. I've been able to build a better me and long lasting friendships.
I checked out several local gyms and by a long shot, Lift Health & Fitness felt like the most welcoming and progressive. I love the facility, the general vibe and the trainers. It is clear that the members love this community too. I have some unique limitations and that can present a challenge. Every coach I have worked with at Lift, either 1:1 or in a group class, has patiently and successfully found a variation that I can use to still accomplish a great workout.
The overwhelming sense of community and encouragement you receive from everyone is something I’ve never experienced before. I feel more comfortable coming here than I would any other big named gym. Not only will all of the trainers push you to meet your full potential, but you will also receive lots of love and support from Brody- the cutest gym dog there is!
I started off just looking for a place and a trainer because I wanted some direction on how to achieve my goals. What I found was something even better. I found something I actually NEEDED. Not only is this place an amazing gym, but it’s another home for me. It’s a family atmosphere where you can feel safe if you’re different. You sit down and discuss all the best options on how to work towards maintaining those goals and then continue to follow up to make sure you're still on the right path.
I've been a loyal member of this gym for over 3 years now, and I can't express how much I love it here! The staff is fantastic - always warm and friendly, making you feel like part of the family from day one. The coaches genuinely care about your overall wellbeing, not just your performance in the gym. It's so refreshing to have a team that goes the extra mile, providing a caring and nurturing environment to help you reach your goals.
More than a gym, Shae has created an inclusive community at Lift. Both the trainers and other clients are welcoming and supportive. It does not matter if you are training for a specific event or just trying to age with a little grace (like me), you will find a group of people who will support and encourage you along your journey. And as a bonus, most days you will greeted by Brody, the best four-legged supporter that you will ever find.
It is the most welcoming gym community I have ever been apart of. I’m so motivated to go workout every day getting to see the trainers and members who have become some of my closest friends. Every class is different and the instructors are so encouraging and helpful. I’ve seen a noticeable change in my overall physical and mental health since joining this gym.
